What I Eat In A Day (PLANT-BASED Athlete)

Ever since my TEDx talk "A Plant-Based Diet Changed My Life," everyone always asks what I eat. The truth is, I keep it super simple. Nothing fancy, no "hacks". Easy, fast, affordable whole food plant-based meals. I don't focus on calories, macros or any of that. I simply eat health promoting foods - fruits, vegetables, grains, legumes, nuts. I eat when I'm hungry, I stop when I'm full. I don't overcomplicate it.
