The Power of Consistency | Hingham 4th of July Road Race
I've run the 4.6 Mile Hingham 4th of July Road Race every year since I was 10 years old. I don't miss it. I've flown home from various parts of the world just for this race. It is iconic, but also it's an annual pulse check for me. I try to get at least 1 second faster every year. If there's one thing I've learned over the years, it's to never underestimate how much better you can get in 1 year.

What I Eat In A Day (PLANT-BASED Athlete)
Ever since my TEDx talk "A Plant-Based Diet Changed My Life," everyone always asks what I eat. The truth is, I keep it super simple. Nothing fancy, no "hacks". Easy, fast, affordable whole food plant-based meals. I don't focus on calories, macros or any of that. I simply eat health promoting foods - fruits, vegetables, grains, legumes, nuts. I eat when I'm hungry, I stop when I'm full. I don't overcomplicate it.
