Easy, fast, affordable whole food plant-based meals. I don't focus on calories, macros or any of that. I simply eat health promoting foods - fruits, vegetables, grains, legumes, nuts. I eat when I'm hungry, I stop when I'm full. I don't overcomplicate it.
