On this week’s episode of the Eat Green Make Green Podcast, I sit down with Brett Thompson. Brett is the founder of a socially responsible/impact investment firm called Treadlight Ventures and executive producer of the entertainment production company Midwinter Studios in Santa Monica. We talk about why Brett started to question some things as a kid, the model of for profit socially responsible businesses, why he started Treadlight Ventures, the amazing happenings in the plant-based and clean meat industries, the masculinity associated with meat consumption, his upcoming documentary on the human wildlife conflicts in Africa, why most world issues are not black and white, and more. I really enjoyed getting to know Brett and am a huge fan of all he’s doing!
