On this week's episode of the Eat Green Make Green Podcast, I sit down with the one and only Sam Marra. Sam is a Los Angeles based actor and vegan advocate. We talk about Sam's life growing up Seattle, what brought him to LA to pursue acting, working alongside Julia Roberts, how he put ulcerative colitis into remission with a plant-based diet and other benefits of eating that way, why he went vegan for health reasons but remains vegan for ethical reasons, why being vegan is a human rights issue, intermittent fasting, and much more. Sam is just all around a great dude. He's also absolutely shredded and an amazing testament to plant-based living.
