We talk about how Molly struggled with weight and body image growing up, how studying abroad in Italy led her to a plant-based lifestyle, how she then lost 63 pounds (crazy!) and discovered a newfound energy, why a plant-based diet is the gold standard for weight loss, how she answers the "where do you get your protein" question, why people love to hear good news about their bad habits, what her daily nutrition and workout regimen looks like, and why taking care of yourself means taking care of others. I didn't know Molly before her plant-based journey began, but the woman that sat across from me during this chat was beautiful, strong, and in full control over her health and life.
