Episode 51: Molly Gram & Rockin' It

"I really believe that by taking care of yourself, you can take care of other people and put your best work back out into the world."

-Molly Gram

On this week's episode of the Eat Green Make Green Podcast, I sit down with the fantastic Molly Gram.  Molly is a north shore native who's been on an inspiring health journey over the past few years.  We talk about how Molly struggled with weight and body image growing up, how studying abroad in Italy led her to a plant-based lifestyle, how she then lost 63 pounds (crazy!) and discovered a newfound energy, why a plant-based diet is the gold standard for weight loss, how she answers the "where do you get your protein" question, why people love to hear good news about their bad habits, what her daily nutrition and workout regimen looks like, and why taking care of yourself means taking care of others.  I didn't know Molly before her plant-based journey began, but the woman that sat across from me during this chat was beautiful, strong, and in full control over her health and life.  That's what it's all about.  Molly's story is incredible and I hope this reaches someone out there who needs it.
