Marissa and I connected through a string of mutual friends, and I was excited to get her on the podcast and also get her take on a new project I'm working on (psst... plant-based food and craft drink is coming to the South Shore!). We talk about how a book called "Skinny Bitch" sparked her journey to veganism, what holds people back from changing what they eat, the fear of not belonging, dating as a vegan woman, and much more.
