Week 6

In this week's session, I discuss whether or not to eat "organic", what to look for when buying organic produce and products, the importance of eating a variety of fruits and vegetables, why you should ABSOLUTELY NOT fear fruit because of its sugar content, and the "I don't" mentality.


Notes For Organic Produce

Look at the 4-digit number on the sticker on the piece of fruit, vegetable, etc.  Look at the 1st number of the 4 digits.

9 = Organic

4 = Conventional

8 = Genetically Modified

Try to eat as much produce that starts with #9 and AVOID produce that starts with #8.
