Week 4, yee-haww!  Now that you're completely living a plant-based lifestyle, in this training I'm going to address all the common questions people have about "deficiencies" regarding protein, vitamins, etc.  We'll also cover how to navigate eating out and on-the-go, and we'll discuss alcohol.
